Dynamic Education (Diwali Festival)- L.KG.
A brief introduction was given on the festival of lights (Diwali). This was followed by an interactive session where the students aired their views on:
What would you do if there were no lights?
Why should we not burst crackers?
Some students came up with answers like they would be scared of the dark, or they would not be able to see where they are going and would keep dashing into things. One student even said that he would try to switch on the flashlight in his mother’s phone, and some brave ones said they would go to find some means to get light into the room.
Students are realizing the ill-effects of bursting crackers. Babies and animals get scared by the loud and sudden noise and the smoke that it emits causes irritation to the throat too. They however love to see crackers like anar, sparkles and chakdi.
The students did an activity illustrating the Diwali festival.
